Q&A with Combat Ops Arena
We recently spoke to Combat Ops Arena Chief Entertainment Officer David M. Dimberio about his experience with Betson and adding a game room to his 3,500-square-foot facility.
About Combat Ops Arena
Combat Ops Arena is a family entertainment center that focuses on combat-style sports. We offer a 10,000-square-foot laser tag arena and a 3,500-square-foot multi-purpose arena where we run NERF-style tag and archery tag. There is a 4-lane mini-bowling “lounge,” a laser maze, and of course, an arcade. We offer beer and wine and numerous comfort food options. For additional info, visit their website.

We need to stay ahead of the curve regarding our arcade. It is a significant revenue generator in our facility, and we feel it is very important to keep it modern and pertinent to our current game offerings.
Describe the top reasons you chose to work with us.
We have been nothing but impressed with our representation and overall professionalism. Where Betson really shines is when we need parts. Not only do they provide outstanding technical support, but they also get the parts to us quickly!
